Sean Dance - DOMP, BCAK

Sean obtained his Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia—Okanagan and has been working as a Registered Kinesiologist since graduation. He also recently finished his osteopathy schooling at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in the fall of 2025. He is a member of OsteopathyBC and is excited to combine both modalities of manual osteopathy and kinesiology to further help his clients.

Sean’s passion for helping clients with all ranges of conditions that might limit their functioning came from spending 15 years as a competitive gymnast and understanding how difficult it can be to overcome injuries, setbacks and pain. He loves to work with people to understand their goals and help them to design a plan, specific to their needs, to help them to achieve them.

Sean is experienced in treating people of all ages, those with sport/work/accident-related injuries as well as those with chronic pain and chronic diseases. Over the past 10 years, Sean has worked with many clients who have chronic pain or movement disorders and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke survivors, PSP, MS, and ALS to enable them to live a more functional and fulfilling life.

Sean has lived in Kelowna for over 12 years and loves all the Okanagan has to offer and can be found out on the golf course, ski hill, working on cars with friends and also, most importantly, spending time with his family.
